That means some parcels traveling longer distances could take up to five days to arrive, instead of two or three days. Valid online at southflcandlesupply.com for a limited time only. Free shipping will be applicable to all orders totaling $50 or more. No promo code needed. You must purchase a total of $50.00 worth of merchandise net before sales tax or discounts are applied. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Cannot be combined with any other offers. Valid on standard U.S. ground shipping to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 continental states only. Not valid for international delivery addresses. South FL Candle Supply LLC reserves the right to withdraw, temporarily or permanently remove free shipping discounts at it own discretion.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Pre-Order Products

Items that show as "pre-order" are ONLY for local pick up. Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive an email with pick up dates and instructions.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

www.southflcandlesupply.com. only ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.southflcandlesupply.com. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

South FL Candle Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Missing / Undelivered Package: 

If you check tracking and your tracking information says that your package has been delivered, please contact the carrier with your tracking information.

If they verify it has been delivered, please check with a neighbor or if you are in an apartment complex, your building manager. 

If they are unable to track down the package, please open a claim with USPS, or UPS. 

After a package leaves our facility, we have no control over where it goes.  If tracking shows that it has not been delivered after two weeks (business days only), then please contact us and we will file a claim and send out another package.

RETURNS

Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on returned and cancelled orders.
