Free shipping will be applicable to all orders totaling $100 or more (wax, vessels notnincluded). No promo code needed. You must purchase a total of $100.00 worth of merchandise net before sales tax or discounts are applied. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Cannot be combined with any other offers. Valid on standard U.S. ground shipping to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 continental states only. Not valid for international delivery addresses. South FL Candle Supply LLC reserves the right to withdraw, temporarily or permanently remove free shipping discounts at it own discretion.
Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Items that show as "pre-order" are ONLY for local pick up. Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive an email with pick up dates and instructions.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
www.southflcandlesupply.com. only ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.southflcandlesupply.com. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
South FL Candle Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Missing / Undelivered Package:
My package says it was delivered, but I can't find it. Can you help?
We primarily use USPS and UPS to deliver our packages and do everything we can to get packages out to our amazing customers with as little issues as possible, but once items leave our facility we no longer have any control.
Sometimes an accidental scan by USPS/UPS can cause your package to show up a couple days late. We recommend checking your mailbox, with neighbors, or any other locations around the premises. We’ve found that waiting a couple days usually solves the issue.
We also recommend reaching out to your local post office/UPS to see if you can get an answer and, if necessary, filing a claim with USPS/UPS.
