In Store Pick Up
For your convenience, you can shop online and pick up in our showroom during normal showroom hours.
Orders available for pick up in showroom must be picked up within fourteen (14) days. After these dates, orders will be canceled and refunded.
*If your order is NOT picked up within 14 days a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders due to failure to pick up before the 14-day deadline. *

Need someone else to pick up your order for you? During checkout, let us know in the notes section the name, email and phone for your proxy. The information provided will only be used for order pick up verification and never for marketing purposes.
You’ll get an email confirmation once your order is placed, another one when your order is ready for pickup, and third email once your order has been picked up. In the rare instance item(s) are not available from your order, you will receive an email letting you know. For faster service and your protection, a valid photo id, and a copy of the confirmation email will be required for an associate to retrieve your order for you.
We will send you a Thank You email confirming your order was picked up.
