If you are experiencing any issues with shipping rates please send an email directly to support@southflcandlesupply.com a representative will assist you immediately. The USPS initiated new service standards on Oct. 1 for its first-class mail and packages, lengthening delivery time for about 30% of its volume. That means some parcels traveling longer distances could take up to five days to arrive, instead of two or three days. As always, we will continue to ship your orders out as soon as possible, but this pre-holiday season may require more patience with the USPS than typical.
